Infusion Water Bottle

This infusion bottle is very popular because of its filter element, which is great for drinking fruit tea and flower tea. All parts are made of environmental food grade material, no threat to human health.

Customer released a purchase order for 3,000 pcs, but one problem exists that our mold is a little diffrent from his requirement. He insisted on using a seal ring to fix filter part with the connector. However our available mold does not design a groove so if we force to add a layer seal ring on, it will be too tight to put the filter down, directly resulting in difficulty to close the cap of bottle.

We considered to do some adjustment on the mold, but it should take too much time, we will miss the delivery time. Obviously it is inadvisable. 

Challenge can not be existing too long, we must think out an effective solution to turn situation around for the better as soon as possible. All team members are helping to do some contact with suppliers who are manufacturing relative products, trying to get new ideas. Through our tireless efforts, a friend factory majored in silicone products agreed they can  have a bash at making thinnest seal ring to fit with the narrow gap between filter and bottleneck. Steps by steps, thanks to their superb technique, this trial managed to achieve customer's demands. 

Finally we delivered all goods to destination at appointed time, and received a satisfying praise. No matter how hard it will be, we can make it!
